Artichoke-and-Red Pepper Pizza - Uses $0.98 Red Bell Pepper, Also meatless main dish that saves on protein
Barbecue Chicken and Grape Salad - Uses $1.00 Red Grape, $1.00 Green Grapes
Parmesan Chicken Paillards with Cherry Tomato Sauce - $0.98 Grape Tomatoes
Spicy Cucumber Salad with Peanuts - Uses $0.98 cucumbers
Santa Maria Smoked Tri-Tip - Uses $2.99 lb Tri-Tip

Shopped the sales and got our veggies at the local farmer's market. By omitting what I call "craving purchases" (ooooh, a bag of ruffles wouldn't be so bad) and buying the store-brand items, it was easier than I thought it would be! Meal planning makes all of this so much easier!
